Lágrimas de Bhilar, Garnacha
Vineyard: The various plots are located in San Martín de Unx. Approximately 9 hectares at an elevation of 700m above sea level, planted between 1940 and 1980 with different clones of Garnacha.
Varieties: 100% Garnacha.
Harvest and Production: The manual harvest continues into the destemming of approximately 80% of grapes which will be fermented at a controlled temperature (max. 28°C). Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the cap is pressed to obtain more color. The juice is left in contact with the lees for a period of three to four months, during which the malolactic conversion takes place in 500L tanks.
