Wine Tasting

New wines from Rocío, Martin and Carmen

After many months of waiting, here are the two new cuvées produced by the trio behind García de la Jara. A project they had imagined several years ago finally came true last year.
Since they don't grow palomino on their property, they teamed up with a friend who owns a small yet well-known vineyard who grows certified organic palomino for Barbadillo.
We're happy to have obtained 35 cases of their first cuvée of Brocal de la Jara.
Another novelty, a rosé that will broaden your horizons in terms of darker rosé: a rosé made with petit verdot, an emblematic grape variety of Bordeaux to add a little structure, but which gives a deep and fruity rosé in the hands of our trio. In 2022, they started making El Corral de Merlín from 100% Petit Verdot. A production of a single barrel of 200 liters, or 300 bottles... of which 150 are available via barbuVINS.
Life is short: Abramos las botellas, ¡copón!
