Patience rewarded.
Your reservations made during the Festival des vins de Laval have finally been fulfilled. Let's just say the SAQ's performance wasn't quite up to par, with delays of 16-18 weeks instead of the usual 12-14 weeks between order and availability.
|
We've shipped 95% of the reservations; a few confirmations are still pending. We'll send another notification this week. If we don't receive your confirmation, the cases will be available to all our customers.

Three products from the Ramón Reula family, the team behind Pago Aylés, are now available: Aldeya Chardonnay and Aldeya Garnacha. Always produced with great care and certified organic, these wines are made from vines too young to obtain the "Pago" certification.
|
|
Also available: the Cava produced in collaboration with Cava Marevia from Requenia, near Valencia.
|
The Serendipia Cava Brut Reserva 2022 (organic) is a blend of 75% Viura and 25% Chardonnay, made using the traditional method. With a light dosage of 9.6g/L and a low alcohol content of 11.5%, it's a very well-balanced Cava. At 27mg/L of free SO2, it's clear the team is committed to making the purest wine possible.

2026 is shaping up to be a big year!
|
Our year got off to a great start with deliveries from Bodegas Bhilar and Barbadillo. In both cases, the wines are exceptional. Also on a positive note, tastings with our restaurant clients have begun, and it's a great news to see that most of them were able to take a break during the holidays.
|
Regarding other deliveries, our lists are up to date, and more orders will be placed soon. Luis Moya's wines should now arrive at the port on January 28th. Our target availability date of mid-February remains on track.
|
Tomorrow, some will have the opportunity to sample wines from our two new German producers. More on this soon , but we can't wait to share more details.
