The return of the Immortals
|
|
|
The groundhog suggested a later-than-expected spring, at least for golfers. On the other hand, the end of February often announces the return of enthusiastic BBQ operators, rosé, and other life's pleasures.
|
To cheer up while waiting for the snow to melt (or spring skiing!), here is the anticipated return of the Immortalis wines, a project by the Pago Aylés team.
|
|
This is the first post-COVID order of the Immortalis garnacha and monastrell wines, which also marks the introduction of the 100% white garnacha from the D.O. Terra Alta (Catalonia).
|
It is also the return of Pago Aylés Y, the wine that led to the creation of barbuVINS.
Our friends at Pago Aylés are reviewing their portfolio... and it is possible that this will be the last vintage of the Y cuvée in this form. It might be a good idea not to miss it.
|
Also, we suggest you take the opportunity to stock up on some Pago Aylés "L" rosé because the next shipment will not be here before the end of June.
